September 2025 CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) (Mon/Wed)
CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) training is the first step to becoming a CMMC Certified Assessor. This is the training that every assessor goes through and you will pick up knowledge that will be helpful to you in any role within the ecosystem.
Beyond being a requirement for aspiring assessors, CCP training is great for consultants and implementers who want to understand requirements and effectively perform self-assessments for organizations. Understanding the requirements and having the same training as assessors allows you to communicate with the same teminology and understanding of assessment processes.
This training licenses CAICO Approved Training Material (CATM) from Edwards Performance Solutions.
The instructor is Dr. Jeff Baldwin, CISO of Beryllium InfoSec and CMMC Certified Assessor and Provisional Instructor. In his consulting career, Jeff successfully helped clients achieve perfect scores on DIBCAC High assessments and on the other side of the fence, he participated on C3PAO teams for Joint Surveillance Voluntary Assessments.
For logistics, this CCP training is delivered live online for 2 nights a week, 1.5 hours a session, Mondays and Wednesdays, for 6 weeks. Sessions will be recorded for playback later and if you need to miss a class during the 6 weeks because life happens.
This course is scheduled to run from September 8th through October 15th.
The evening format of this class allows you to attend classes without having to miss work or if you're on the west coast, it's a nice end to work day to attend class. In other words, no PTO is needed to take this class.
